when i plugged mmy mp3 into my computer one day, it said “formattin” and went from 1 to 100%. i know that formatting it deletes all files and i got mad since all i did was lpug it into my computer. I got much madder when i tired to turn the mp3 on after that. it wouldn’t turn on and i tried resetting it a jillion times. i’m positive that the battery doesn’t need to be replaced since it was given to me as a present only last christmas plus it was 3/4 charged when i did plug my mp3 in. please tell me how to fix this becasue i NEED my mp player
I have the same problem with mine the batt was fully charged. i wanted to delete some music i had in it and pluged it in, i was able to delete some songs but when i pulled out the plug and tried to turn it on a message came up “No Space DB Please Detect More Than 4.0MB” I have no clue what this means and now the light and Samsung won’t come off and it won’t play any music. I have only had this for about a year. I really liked it because it had an FM tuner on it and held 1 gig of music and pictures and it was small, but now im pissed because i can’t use it.
