Rugged i580 Cell Phone Review

Motorola today announced the i580 for Sprint, a very feature-packed rugged iDEN phonebuild to tough specifications. Like most tough iDEN phones, the i580 meets military specs such as blowing rain, dust, shock and vibration. Some of the features include Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and a microSD memory card slot. The i580 also includes the new PTT features, including “Push-to-Smart Replies” and “Push-to-Meet”. Push-to-Smart Replies allows users to send a text message using PTT (sweet), while Push-to-Meet allows users to send Datebook reminders via PTT (finally!). The i580 is going to be available in the 2nd quarter.
