Domain Name Registration Price Going Up

Do you like the domain name prices? Anywhere from $6 to $8.95 seems to be the standard these days. Remember when we were charged $70 for 2 years? Well higher rates are coming back.

That is right. The process has begun to raise our internet domai name registrations 7% a year. Seem small? Well take 7% a year over 4 years. Take the 8.95 rate, and take it by 7% annually, you will be up right around $12 plus fees. If they continue on the 7% annually in no time you will see $35 a year once again.

Why do they deserve this money? What are they doing to rake in this money?

Domain names should not be priced higher. What are we paying for anyway? They sould be lower.
