So the arcade game hunt is still going.  In fact the prices seem a bit steep for a church.  So we are looking for some used units.  What would be awesome is to rent them and have them switched every few months or something.  if that is not around, I am sure that would be a great business idea.

For example I would want 1 pinball and 2 – 3 upright arcade games.  Have them switched out ever 2 months, and pay $100 per month.  Not sure if the numbers work, but who knows… seems like a good idea.

This week the hunt for arcade games such as Pinball and a few others for our youth room at church for the teens has gone slow.  I began looking on ebay and a few spots that I found by searching.  We had a youth retreat in the Canadian Rockies so I was without a computer and busy since the last post.

The style we are looking for is the upright style for the standard games, and then a pinball machine that is appropriate for teens.  Also these will need to be delivered to Calgary, Alberta so shipping is a concern.

So, I am on the hunt.  I am looking for arcade games.  These arcade games will be for a church / youth group room.  So, they need to be in good condition, and decently priced.  This is a church so money is tight but we do have some.  It is necessary that these arcade games be what teens would like but also ok to go into a church.

The church is located in Calgary, Alberta.  Shipping costs from the USA can be high, so that it a concern.  I am hoping to find some in Alberta that could be picked up.  I personnally would like 1 pinball and 2 – 3 other games.

Normally I would not post something like this but I thought it might be fun to include our readers.  Any tips on arcade game hunting would be appreciated.

This evening I have looked on ebay, and ebay.ca.  I am currently looking on craigslist calgary for arcade games.  I did want to let you know that I am not loking for an xbox or anything like that.  I am looking for actual arcade game units.  Any tips?
