How do you keep up with all the constant changes in the world of electronics?

Question by Aries: How do you keep up with all the constant changes in the world of electronics?
I have degrees in mathematics and electrical engineering. I studied electronics and computer science as a part of my education requirements. Since that time, the world of electronics has changed greatly and my education in this is now out of date. How do you keep up with all the changes in the world of electronics? Would it be best to take some night courses or just rely on books to study on my own?

Best answer:

Answer by iris
I have the same educational background as you. The world of electronics is definitely constantly changing, but with your training it would not be all that difficult for you to keep up with the changes. Another alternative to night school would be to take an online course from a reputable college? That might be better for working around a career than taking night courses and having to physically be there. That is what I would look into before taking a night course.
