Question by vulpix_grant: What is a Good Motorcycle GPS that runs off of AA or AAA Batteries and is Waterproof?
Been riding since Feb and I LOVE Cruising Interstates and traveling to all the attractions located around Central Florida. But the GPS I use in the Car a Garmin C330 isn’t waterproof, and has a short battery life.
That’s why I’m looking for a GPS that can mount to my bike, is waterproof, and I can swap out batteries from Walmart or something if it dies.
Any suggestions would be apreciated.

Waterproof, runs off the bikes battery and comes with handlebar mount.

Taken by Hinode’s Solar Optical Telescope on Jan. 12, 2007, this image of the sun reveals the filamentary nature of the plasma connecting regions of different magnetic polarity. Hinode captures these very dynamic pictures of the chromosphere. The chromosphere is a thin "layer" of solar atmosphere "sandwiched" between the visible surface, photosphere, and corona.

a truly awful photo taken on my cameraphone in the dark… had a few enquiries as to how i did these plasma shots
my little C8080 is on its tripod, and i’ve set the plasma ball up on my desk upside down, resting on a little metal lid which is creating the halo. underneath all of this i have a black t-shirt (high tech eh?) and i cut a little circle of this black t-shirt material and placed it inside the metal lid to prevent reflections showing up inside the halo.
then it was just a case of experimenting with DOF and exposure times. quite simple really.

Here’s what you get when you connect a MacBook Pro to a 52" plasma TV with a DVI-HDMI cable. The upper monitor is 1920×1080, naturally, and the lower one is 1440×900. So that’s, like, megapixels! Really cool for slideshows and videos. The cable was only at the ? store.

Bueno depends on how it applies, if the going to be a moderate technical here, but most of the people can understand electronics themselves or you could be an electronics engineer?
