How can I convert a PC power supply for use and testing on Electronics?

Question by Joe Dirt: How can I convert a PC power supply for use and testing on Electronics?
I have an old computer that I removed the power supply out of. I want to use it for testing small motors and some small Electronics projects. I am just beginning with Electronics so please do not get to technical. Is there a way maybe that I could get the supply to think that it is still hooked up to the computer, so that it can output?

How I can get rid of them without harming the devices? is not particular about the type of electronics. what is the devices that attracts them? i have painted my house before, but not stopped them from entering in several of my electronics. who just moved to a different device. by the time it was discovered that there are hundreds of them. so if there is a special poison will not hurt my team that I would love to know. This is a white powder that can be mixed with a little sugar (to attract the ants) and dissolved in a small bowl of warm water. Place in the path of the ant. It will take her back to the nest and poison the entire familia.Eso was all that worked in my house, after many failures with all other types of spray and poison. I do not know if the borax is toxic or not, but keep pets and children away from her. Another thing I hope does not happen is that the ant queen resides within one of your devices, and died there.
